ABOUT REBEKAH
Dr Rebekah Jade Lawrence is a medical doctor, yoga teacher, Nike trainer, and founder of Pana - a wellness community rooted in elevating the health and happiness of the Black community and its allies through yoga, movement, and connection.
With a decade of experience spanning Western medicine and holistic health, Rebekah brings a unique, science-backed approach to rest, movement, nervous system regulation, injury prevention, and recovery. She has worked with both amateur and elite athletes - including the England Football team - integrating yoga, breathwork, and mobility practices to support performance, resilience, and sustainable recovery.
Her work is deeply informed by personal experience. After navigating her own mental health challenges during medical training, she turned to the philosophies and practices of Raja Yoga, spending time abroad to deepen her understanding of mind-body healing. This integrative lens shapes all she offers - grounded in evidence, but attuned to the emotional and energetic realities of being human.
Rebekah is also a DJ and lifelong lover of music, which she uses intuitively to support rhythm-based breathwork and embodied movement sessions. Her style blends science, soul, and sound, whether she’s working with elite athletes, guiding a community class, or curating a brand event.
She is passionate about creating inclusive, empowering spaces that help people reconnect to their potential - through breath, movement, and community.
